Re: Sea planes at Heron's nest v2

Thing is, in ADE the runway *is* set to water. Not sure why that isn't translating in the sim. I'm working on a new AFCAD file to see if I can get it to behave.

Re: Autogen Configuration Merger

Something is wiping out the changes that ACM is making when you shut down your simulator. Each time you start the sim, ACM looks to make sure the custom entries for the Nantucket autogen are in your autogen description files. If it doesn't find them, it adds them and shows you the notification box i...

Re: Can't Install SODE For Heron's Nest V2

I put your problem to Jeffrey, and he's stumped by it as well. The one thing we agree on is that the indication is it's a Windows permission problem. Here's his answer when I asked if we could just circumvent the installer and put the files in their place manually: Manual install is possible, but I'...

Re: Sea planes at Heron's nest v2

Nobody in testing reported that particular anomaly. Let me look into it and I'll see what the best fix is.

Re: Can't Install SODE For Heron's Nest V2

Can you check and see if the SODE executable is where it should be? I believe it installs into C:\Program Files (x86)\12bPilot\SODE by default. In that directory, you should see SimObjectAnimationModule.dll, SimObjectDisplayEngine.exe, and SODEPlatformManager.exe. Are they there in your setup? If so...

Re: Can't Install SODE For Heron's Nest V2

Hi Bill, Attached are the files you requested zipped. Don't know if it means anything but I have an SE alone installation and these files are from the ......\Microsoft\FSX\ folder not the FSX-SE folder which has only a dll.xml from 04/17/2017 and a exe.dll from 12/31/2016 in it. I recall that there...

Re: Herons Nest crazy mesh

I'll do this later this afternoon, Bill. But it is quiet the same like in the first picture in this thread posted by Blizz: a steep hill on the left side of the runway with the 3 crosses on top and a small hill on the right side in front of the two houses. If you're seeing a steep hill on both ends...
