I can’t believe it’s Friday again already. Ordinarily, I’d try to think up something witty to say – maybe find some cool links for you ’sim dudes and dudettes. It’s been such a busy week of trying to finish up Siletz Bay that I think I’m gonna just post a few shots and let [...]

Sorry to everyone who was enjoying my newly-revived Fanboy Friday posts. I’ve been too quiet the last few weeks. For what it’s worth, I have my reasons – some personal, some professional. The best news is the professional part: my next airport is drawing nigh! Without further ado, say hello to S45 – Siletz [...]

Hey, it’s been a while! How’re things?
Life sprung up and swallowed a whole bunch of my time these past few months, but there’s just too much happening in the FS world right now not to blog about it. And what day better than good old Friday, the gateway to the weekend. In no particular [...]

I’ve just uploaded the 1.5 update for Stark’s Twin Oaks. This is an all-inclusive patch that is supposed to work regardless of which version of 7S3 you’re running (RTM, 1.1, 1.2, or 1.3). This update adds a number of new features and fixes some old issues + mesh resolution compatibility.
What’s New?
Re-colored 30cm airport photoreal [...]

In case you’ve missed it, Orbx is having their big 33%-off year-end sale right now, which ends in a couple of days (midnight UTC, Dec. 31). They’ve announced that there will only be one more sale for them, ever, so here’s your best and surest bet to save.
In light of the sale, I thought [...]

For those who’ve been wishing they could turn on their crash tolerance in FSX and fly at KCMW, your time has come. In the initial version of the scenery, we had to require that crash detection be turned off when using this scenery because of a conflict with our ObjectFlow dynamic placement module. I’m [...]

Just a simple announcement this time: after several years of development, a couple of months of testing, and 24 hours of initial release to pre-payers, KCMW Cushman Meadows has been released to the general public. You can get it here. For more info, check out the product page on this site, or head over [...]

If you’re a pre-paid customer of ORBX’s KCMW Cushman Meadows, you probably got the email already that your download was available. The 24 countdown clock is now ticking until it’s available for purchase on the Flightsim Store. Until then, here’s a quick but hair-raising video that Andreas Paschen (Varioflight) put together:

In the rush to get the pics of Cushman Meadows posted last week, we mistakenly gave a few ’simmers the impression that Bear Gulch wasn’t part of the package. Fear not! I pushed the first full beta out to our testing team today, and the Gulch is definitely in there. It’s not finished yet, [...]

The title says it all, cats and kittens. I burned the midnight oil last night getting some screenshots done and beaming them to Australia, where JV worked his web page magic. Check it out here. Also, if you’re so inclined, you can pre-pay now.
